- Added limited-time items for Halloween event.
▷ 'Lulu's Hammer' can be obtained every 30 minutes by clicking on the event-exclusive UI.
(Maximum of 10 Lulu's Hammers can be obtained a day.)
▷ 'BSLT Airdrop Ticket (15, 30, 100, 1000)' or 'Land Airdrop Coupon' can be randomly obtained
by opening 'Lulu's Pumpkin Pouch' with 'Lulu's Hammer'.

- Adjusted the available waiting time to change the Lot Status again from 7 days to 3 days.

- Revised the item tooltip of 'Basic Storage Chest' and 'Log'.
- Edited an English category name in Folio.
- Fixed the issue of 'Conqueror's Lucky Scroll' item tooltip text being abnormally displayed in certain language.
- Fixed the issue of notice mail text being abnormally displayed when changing Lot Status from Public to Private in English client.
- Fixed the issue of altered Equipment Point due to decrease in durability not being applied to Ranking Information.
- Fixed the issue of 'Battle Hymn' of Songcraft skillset not applying to Raid members in certain circumstances.
- Fixed the issue of not being able to progress 'A Dangerous Breed' quest in certain circumstances.
- Fixed the issue of item names of certain Seeds being abnormally displayed in certain circumstances.
