- Archery - Slightly decreased PVP damage of "Endless Arrows".

Eased the condition for making Crisis/At War status of the region by 1/10 to make
'Invasion of Void' and 'Scars of Rift' contents more likely to occur during the AlphaPass period.
［Bloodlust Mode］
- Improved bonus effect to significantly increase the loot drop rate when sustaining bloodlust mode(ctrl + f) in neutral territories
- Fixed the issue of no response after clicking Game Start button.
