Readjusted the condition for making Crisis/At War status of the region which has been eased during AlphaPass period.
- Improved the system where BSLT balance would occasionally print out as '0'.
- Fixed the issue of BSLT being deducted without receiving the item when purchasing certain items in Auction House.
- Improved the XignCode error that occurs when starting the game.
